Trent,
I'm awarding this Challenge Coin to you to indoctrinate you to the Coin Holders Club — this is a daily talisman to remind you of your not only your accomplishments of being a catalyst for those around you, for empowering others to greatness, but also your daily responsibility to do so. I know I've called you a "Steely-Eyed Missile Man," and you truly are; you act quickly and calmly and can navigate tough situations under extreme pressure (often under the cover of night in heavy rain!).
Thank you for all you do — Kevin
