Cherri was a
key contributor of two Transformation Management Office initiatives over the
past year, Order to Credit and Customer Feedback, and continues to be a
strong SME for both of these initiatives.  She not only dedicated her
time and brought her experiences and creativity, she carried on the torch
with Customer Feedback by rolling out a pilot in the CAN North American
organization. Once rolled out broadly in NA, the program will positively
impact customers across all of North America by allowing us to follow up on
feedback in an orderly fashion, allow us to systematically track complaints
and liberate our sales teams’ time.  We will use this pilot to hep us
scale the process across all of ANH.  Thank you, Cherri for your
efforts, your passion to take care of our customers and execute on their
feedback and staying focused on our aspirations!
