I gave Eric this coin because I have a ton of respect for him and namely 3 things stand out in working with him: his courage to go his own way and craft his own path, his integrity, and his desire to to the right thing and help others no matter their walk of life. While I only had the opportunity to work with Eric for a few months before his departure from Target, I was always appreciative of his perspective and admired his drive and pursuit to do things well and elevate the people around him.
